Launching ceremony for the system of signposts, audio guide and ticket office for visitors

With more  than 1.5 million visitors a year, It was high time for the Temple to have a system of signposts to clearly guide tours within the Site, and to show the directions of the buildings and sub – buildings in the Temple. Therefore, the Centre for Scientific and Cultural Activities Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam offered to  Mr Patrick Hoarau - a French graphic designer, the opportunity  to design a system of signposts according to the patterns carved on the stone stelae. Accordingly, the system was made by a carefully selected Unit who have  both high prestige and experience. As a result, this system of signposts made of strong natural stone are in harmony with the context of the vestige and extremely helpful for the visitors.

Meanwhile, a new ticket office was set up in front of the Great Portico making it more convenient for visitors to buy tickets. The design of the ticket office is modern and in harmony  with the system of signposts and the front area of the Temple.

As well as the system of  signposts, there is an audio guide in 8 languages.  These are  English, French, Japanese, Spanish, South Korean, Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese and have been set up to meet the demand for more information by visitors from different countries.
